Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte

Sharing is caring!

This pumpkin spice chai latte gives pumpkin spice latte vibes with less caffeine. It is the perfect swap when when you want a warm, spicy kick with real pumpkin, chai tea, and less of the jitters.

If you do not want caffeine, you can also make this pumpkin spice chai latte with a decaffeinated chai tea bag.

Lastly, add milk of choice. I like to use unsweetened soy milk, but any milk will work.

Additionally, you could add maple syrup if you feel it needs to be sweetener. The natural sweetness from the cinnamon may be enough.

Suggestions:

  • I used Silk unsweetened soy milk in my pumpkin spice chai latte. Since soy milk contains protein and healthy fat, it adds a nice creamy texture to tea and coffee. If you prefer to use another milk, cashew, oat, almond, and dairy milk will work as well.
  • Maple syrup or any other sweetener is an optional addition with this pumpkin spice chai latte. You’ll be surprised how much natural sweetness is obtained just from the cinnamon and chai spices. I would suggest trying it before adding maple syrup or another sweetener.
  • If you prefer a frothy finish with your pumpkin spice chai latte, you could froth the milk with a handheld frother before adding it to the tea.
