These protein cookie dough balls are a simple, healthy, and no-bake recipe that tastes like the real thing! All you need are 7 ingredients to quickly whip them together.

Each protein cookie dough ball provides 114 calories, 5 grams of protein, and 2 grams of fiber. These are the perfect energy boost before or after a workout or anytime!

What You Need

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 15 oz. can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup of peanut butter or any nut butter
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops vanila protein powder (I used Neue Theory)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

How to Make Protein Cookie Dough Balls

Protein Cookie Dough Balls are one of the simpliest and quickest treats you could make.

Simply put the first 6 ingredients into the blender, which includes: almond flour, drained and rinsed chickpeas, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and protein powder.

Blend ingredients well until a smooth paste.

Transfer the blender contents to a large bowl. Next, add the chocolate chips. Stir well.

Storage Instructions

Variations
