How to Make Protein Cookie Dough Balls
Protein Cookie Dough Balls are one of the simpliest and quickest treats you could make.
Simply put the first 6 ingredients into the blender, which includes: almond flour, drained and rinsed chickpeas, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and protein powder.
Blend ingredients well until a smooth paste.
Transfer the blender contents to a large bowl. Next, add the chocolate chips. Stir well.
With a cookie scoop, scoop the dough into balls. Place the balls on a serving dish. Enjoy!
Storage Instructions
For enjoyment later, store the balls in an airtight container and refrigerate. Protein cookie dough balls stay fresh in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. You can freeze them for 3-6 months in a freezer bag.
Variations
- If you need to make these nut-free, oat flour can be used instead of almond flour and tahini or sunflower butter can be used instead of peanut butter.
- Honey, agave syrup, or date syrup can be used instead of maple syrup.
