Protein Cookie Dough Balls

  • 1 blender or food processor
  • 1 large bowl
  • 1 cookie scoop
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Put the first 6 ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend well.
  • Transfer cookie dough batter into a bowl.
  • Add the chocolate chips. Stir well.
  • Scoop with a cookie scoop. Makes 18 balls.
