Hello there! 

I’m Sheri, a registered dietitian nutritionist & certified diabetes care & education specialist based in the Bay Area. 

My favorite thing to do is create easy and delicious plant strong recipes and provide evidence-based nutrition education.

I use my passion and skills to assist brands with recipe development, food photography, video creation, consulting, spokesperson work, media placements, freelance writing, social media collaborations, and more!

I also offer customized consultations for individuals in California. While I believe it is beneficial to eat mostly plants, it doesn’t mean you have to eat only plants. My recommendations are customized to your preferences. While it is beneficial to make healthy food choices, you need to enjoy what you are eating to make lifestyle changes stick!
