I’m Sheri, a registered dietitian nutritionist & certified diabetes care & education specialist based in the Bay Area.
My favorite thing to do is create easy and delicious plant strong recipes and provide evidence-based nutrition education.
I use my passion and skills to assist brands with recipe development, food photography, video creation, consulting, spokesperson work, media placements, freelance writing, social media collaborations, and more!
I also offer customized consultations for individuals. While I believe it is beneficial to eat mostly plants, it doesn’t mean you have to eat only plants. I promote inclusive plant-based eating based on your preferences. It is very important to enjoy what you are eating!
