Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte

1 can opener

- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- dash vanilla extract
- 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup optional
- 1 chai tea bag regular or decaf
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk or any milk of choice
Simmer water in a small pot on the stovetop.
Add pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon stick, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and tea bag. Allow tea bag to steep for at least 2 minutes (longer if you would like).
Add the milk. Simmer for 1 minute.
Remove the tea bag.
Scoop tea into a cup. Add the cinnamon stick and additional cinnamon (if you would like).
