Date Protein Balls with Peanut Butter & Chocolate Variations
- You can swap the peanut butter for any nut or seed butter. If you have a nut allergy, try sunflower butter or tahini intead!
- You could use a vanilla protein powder instead of chocolate if you would like. The chocolate protein powder does make it really fudgey though!
- The chocolate chips are optional, but recommended. Mini chocolate chips can be used instead of the regular size.
Storage Tips
For enjoyment later, store the balls in an airtight container and refrigerate. They will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. You can freeze them for 3-6 months in a freezer bag.
