  • 1 pot with a built in steamer or insert
  • 1 saucepan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound green beans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Rinse green beans in colander under running water.
  • Trim ends of green beans.
  • Steam the green beans for 7-8 minutes.
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil.
  • Next, add sliced almonds and toast for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the salt.
  • Once the green beans are steamed, add them to the saucepan and stir well.
  • Place green beans and almonds into a serving dish and enjoy!
